Film, what does it mean. Why do some directors called movies ,film, and others call them pictures or just plain old movies? Why do so many film school students come out with plot less indie films that show the only character wake up and brush his or her teeth.
Why is it that when Halloween comes,nothing but re-used vampire ideas come out, and when Christmas comes,more movies about how much of a calamity Christmas is to good looking families? Why do modern comedies seem to only appeal to pimple faced teenagers with spare change, or why romances are made for 12 year blonds, or why action flicks are made for testosterone powered boys. Why are British movies so different from ours?
These are all very good questions, and not just because I'm asking them. The answer is that its our world view, it started almost a hundred years ago, and we are seeing the symptoms now. Today we have many what are called Film Theorists, influencial thinkers that have caused and our currently fueling the latest fad of " anything goes." Today, we now "know" Abraham Lincoln, William Shakespeare, and Michaelangelo were all homosexuals, we also "know" that Abraham Lincoln , William Shakespeare, and Michaelangelo were all as straight as an arrow. But as long as nobody is offended, we're all right.
My paper will be about the people and events that caused the intellectual mess we're in, as well as an argument as to what we can input to change the next century.
And now to my objective biology. By the way did you know the Vitamin D3 has been proven to help prevent sickness. And that vitamins in general have never been proven to do anything for anyone as of yet. What eve...
